Fracas Art

I don't create to please, on the contrary, my works are provocations that invite you to question your way of thinking! Inspired by Dadaism, the work of Banksy and, above all, Vivienne Westwood, I take a punk approach, characterized by a desire to rebel against the social structure. I prefer to expose imperfections rather than hide them, in contrast to society's desperate attempt to plug its own flaws. I deliberately leave a few shards of clay in my wake, and if it hurts when I step on it, maybe it's time to change something! Clay becomes my weapon, and each spike a claim against our society.

It's important to me to fight, through art, for equal rights for all (First Nations, feminism, racialized people, 2SLGBTQIA+...), against capitalism, patriarchy, and many other problems in our society.

My art is a celebration of chaos, a hymn to imperfection where clay refuses to bend to social conventions. I create a chaotic dance, hypnotizing the conservatives of this system into falling into my cracks.

The Centre de céramique Bonsecours (CCB) is proud to present the collections of its 2025 graduates of the DEC Techniques métiers d'art - Céramique specialization.

In addition to offering the college program in collaboration with Cégep du Vieux Montréal, the CCB's mission is to promote research and creation in contemporary ceramics. Its gallery offers a diversified annual program of exhibitions, lectures and special events.

A look at what you will discover.
