My artistic approach is rooted in a reflection on tableware, viewed as a space for conviviality and sharing. I design functional objects intended to enhance everyday moments, paying particular attention to the pleasure of use and the tactile quality of the pieces.

My forms are deliberately simple and classic, to highlight the surface work. Engraving plays a central role in my work: it allows me to create rhythms and textures that bring each piece to life. These patterns are often inspired by the world of knitting, another of my passions, whose principles of repetition and meticulous gestures I transpose onto the still-wet clay.

The choice of glazes is essential to my creative process. I seek out glazes that reveal the engravings through variations in thickness, transparency, and subtle shifts in hue, thereby enhancing the perception of the reliefs and the object’s materiality.

Finally, I have developed a particular interest in tea-related objects, which allow me greater formal freedom and a bolder exploration of surface treatments. These pieces, often one-of-a-kind, serve as a space for experimentation where functionality, artistic exploration, and personal expression converge.

A look at what you will discover.
