A potter for over 40 years, I am continually fascinated by the ultimate creative process of turning a lump of mud into a useful, beautiful object that gives pleasure to both maker and user.
Most of my work is functional, wheel thrown or hand built stoneware fired in oxidation to cone 6. Safe for oven, microwave and dishwasher use, but must avoid thermal shock. Some is also decorative smoke fired work (not water tight).
