SAM & SARAH is a queer artist duo. Dancing at the intersection of design, art, and functional design, we engage in a dialogue through our ceramic pieces.
Partners in business and in life, we explore the transformation of materials with intensity, spontaneity, and humor, aiming to create atmospheres that foster happiness.
Drawing on an obsessive and exhilarating creativity, we offer sculptural and utilitarian objects that question our relationship with the objects that surround us daily through inspiring colors and shapes.
This first collection highlights rounded forms and color gradients inspired by the sunsets that accompany them in the studio.
Production is fluid, just like our inspirations. Indeed, it fluctuates and evolves according to our desires and the materials available, and consists of small series as well as one-of-a-kind pieces.
Each ceramic piece is considered throughout the entire process and highlighted according to its form, function, and the overall experience of the object.
