My ceramic practice is a constant exploration of the material and the minerals that compose it. For me, clay becomes a medium—like the canvas of a painting—on which my research into surface treatments unfolds.
I am interested in combining ceramic techniques as well as in the interplay between stoneware and porcelain. These combinations create textures, contrasts, and movements that evoke the coastal landscape, the passage of time, and the forces that shape and alter it.
