In February 2022, as Russia declares war on Ukraine, Marie Drolet contacts Oleksandr Polishchuk, a fellow ceramist in Kyiv. She invited him to share her workspace in Wakefield, Quebec. It's the beginning of a fortuitous collaboration, germinating in the ashes of war, which soon turns into a rich harvest. L'atelier de l'Aube was born, and with it the conviction that light is always victorious.
