Gatinho Ceramica

This project is inspired by the under-appreciated and unnoticed, such as the moment in the forest when winter light gives way to honeyed spring luminosity and the complex shades of green of cedars beneath the snow. Elements of Chinese and Scandinavian design inform a clean, sober but above all warm aesthetic. The inclusion of cat images as part of the décor is linked to the craftsman's adoption of three abandoned kittens. This experience made him realize that underestimated, neglected and unwanted things always have inherent value, and that love and beauty can take many different forms.
